'Damn I look good!' in aid of SAMH. Hair, make-up and a photo shoot all in one!

Rebecca Holmes Photography I'm very pleased to announce I'm teaming up with Chakirs Hair&Make-up on the 10th of November for a wonderful women-only event 'Damn I look good!' in aid of SAMH. Hair, make-up and a photo shoot all in one! 🥂 As women we spend so much time tearing themselves down - mostly when we look in the mirror. Almost EVERY woman I photograph makes some negative comment about her appearance before or during a photo session. And I photograph a LOT of women. That's pretty sad eh?

Now as far as I'm concerned you're all beautiful just as you are, but we thought - why not give you the boost and confidence of hair and make up done, before capturing some beautiful images. Perhaps seeing yourself through my lens, will reduce just a few of the comments made to the reflection.

Your session will start with a glass of fizz and nibbles while you are thoroughly pampered by the Chakirs team. You'll then spend one to one time with me in my portable studio. Rest assured I am super relaxed, very easy going and very gentle. I really really get how difficult being in front of the camera can be. I'll also support you before the session with advice on what to wear, and how to prepare.
